My career spans some of Scandinavia's most recognised enterprises — from the iconic design heritage of Bang & Olufsen to the digital transformation of Danske Bank and the global telecommunications scale of Ericsson.
At Bang & Olufsen, I lead procurement innovation and technology, overseeing IT, Digital Services, Design, and Data initiatives. Prior to this, I spent seven years at Danske Bank as a Strategic Advisor, where I headed a global team of Software Category and Procurement Managers and drove significant efficiencies across software, hardware, and services categories.
I bring a consultative, data-driven approach to procurement — always focused on long-term value creation, supplier partnership, and aligning sourcing strategy with business objectives. I am equally comfortable engaging at board level as I am deep in contract negotiations or leading cross-functional transformation programmes.
